Not purple

I’ve order purple sea moss before somewhere else and it was purple. This one is just brown. I’m not sure what happened here

wasnt too sure on how the weighing is done didnt get the whole 16oz as described , if weighed wet , when dry loses weight and does not meet the 16 oz description.. besides that quality is good ..

I am happy with the sea moss that I received. When I was reviewing my order receipt, it said shipping would be 3 to 4 days. It took almost 3 weeks for me to receive my product. I had issues with trying to track my product and get updates on the product, those are areas that you might want to look at as far as getting product to customers in a timely matter but overall I’m very pleased with the sea moss that I received and I will continue to order from you.
